    •    This contribution is made from your own funds and not from funds provided by another person for the purpose of making this contribution
    •    This contribution is not made from the funds of a corporation or labor organization
    •    You are at least 18 years old

All contributions are subject to Wisconsin campaign finance laws and will be publicly reported to the Fitchburg City Clerk’s Office and/or the Wisconsin Ethics Commission.
